This Privacy Policy describes how NextUI ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with your use of our software and services.

1. Information We Collect

NextUI is designed with privacy in mind. Our software operates locally on your device and does not automatically collect or transmit personal data to our servers.

We may collect:

• Anonymous Usage Statistics: Only if explicitly enabled in settings (disabled by default), and only for tracking downloaded models.

2. Local Processing

All AI processing occurs locally on your device. Your conversations, documents, and other inputs remain on your machine unless you explicitly choose to share them.

We do not:

• Store your conversations or inputs on our servers
• Use your data to train AI models
• Sell or share your personal information with third parties

3. Updates and Version Checks

NextUI does not automatically update. All updates are downloaded and installed manually by the user.

The app only checks for the latest available version number.

4. Optional Third-Party Features

Currently, NextUI does not integrate with third-party services. If such features are added in the future, they will remain completely optional.

5. Data Security

AI models downloaded through NextUI are not uninstalled when the app is removed. Security and management of these files are the user's responsibility.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
